Services / For agencies

The engineering layer, under your name.

Crawl access at the edge, rendering, indexation, log verification and retrievability are the part of search most content-led agencies do not staff for, and the part where the expensive failures live. We work that layer for your clients, unbranded, technical scope only. You keep the relationship, the strategy and the content. The report carries your name. Pricing is on application.

What you hand us

A client site and the access your client grants for it. Search Console as a full user, Analytics read access, server or CDN logs, the CMS at editor or scoped-admin level, and Bing Webmaster Tools as a user. Every grant is delegated to a named identity, logged with its level, purpose and date, and revocable without your client changing a credential. We do not take DNS or registrar credentials, hosting root, or a shared password of any kind, from you or from them.

What you get back

  • A diagnostic audit of the client site across the five gates, with a fix list ranked by the clicks and impressions at risk against the effort to remedy each item, ready for their developers
  • Fix specifications with the remediation pattern named, not just the symptom, in the form your developers or theirs can act on
  • Weekly crawl with regression detection. A breach that threatens indexation is triaged and reported inside one business day
  • Server-log analysis of verified search and AI crawler behaviour, identity checked against the published address ranges
  • A frozen prompt panel written for the client's positioning, resampled monthly and reported per engine with confidence intervals, never blended into one score
  • A monthly written report and a quarterly review, unbranded, for you to present

What stays yours

The client, the account, the strategy, and the content. Content production is out of scope by design. We specify and test targets and write the extractability requirements a page has to meet to be retrieved and cited. The pages themselves are written by your team, in your voice, on your timetable. Where a client needs editorial volume, we say so and stay out of it.

What we will not sell through you

The same list as for a direct client. Ranking or citation guarantees. Bought links. Bulk AI-generated content. A single blended AI-visibility score. An llms.txt package. A live dashboard. Each is excluded for a reason we can show your client if they ask, and a white label does not change the reason. The reasoning for each →

How it is measured

Gates 1 and 2 are read from logs, Search Console and a crawl, and reported as provable. Gates 3 to 5 are sampled: a panel of at least 120 prompts, frozen and approved by the client in writing, five repetitions per prompt per engine, reported per engine with a confidence interval, with the instrument declared on every number and a noise floor measured first. A month in which nothing moved outside the interval is reported as flat. Your client sees the same method a direct client sees, with your name on it. The measurement design →

Availability

Scheduled work runs to cadence: crawls, reports and panel waves. Correspondence and calls are handled the next business day. A detected regression that threatens indexation is reported as soon as it is triaged and inside one business day. This is not a same-day or on-call service, and it is better to know that before the first client is briefed than after.

How it starts

With one client site and one diagnostic audit, delivered unbranded, so that you can judge the deliverable before anything ongoing is agreed. Send the domain and a sentence on what the client sells, and say the enquiry is on behalf of an agency. Wholesale terms are quoted per engagement.
